My research is broadly focused on disease ecology, conservation, and public health. I'm studying the impacts of feral cats on human health and examining whether feral cat management can benefit public health as well as biodiversity conservation efforts. I focus mostly on toxoplasmosis as a surrogate of a direct human health threat that in many circumstances can be directly linked to domestic cats as the principal source of infection.
